The easiest way is to run Z3TA+2 (as plugin or standalone, it doesn't matter), in the right upper corner there is a 'Program' button. Left click it, then choose 'Browse programs.' , it will open the folder ('Programs') you are looking for, containing all your patches, i.e. Standard library, expansions, whatever you already have for Z3TA+2. Just paste a folder with all your new patches right there, it will appear in Z3TA+2 righ away, under 'Factory content' dropdown to the left of 'programs' button, which you just clicked.

The downside with Z3ta+ 1.5 is new packs overwrite existing banks, so you can only have so many sounds loaded at a time.
