Like you mentioned, i had problem also with other installations and updates. After doing what you suggested repositories refresh without error messages and i succesfully installed the fonts.
I'm still in a process of learning openSUSE basics (changed previous linux distros to 13.2 openSUSE xfce) and enjoy it a lot! So i thank you one more time for your time and effort.:).
